Full payment is required at the time of booking a service. 

The services I provide do not come with guarantees or warranties. Once a service has been provided it is non-refundable. 

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of a reading or coaching service will be fully refunded less processing fees. Cancellations made 24 hours or less in advance of a reading or coaching service are non-refundable.  Appointments may be rescheduled on request. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of a class start date will be fully refunded less processing fees. 

Reading and coaching sessions may be recorded with my permission. If you wish to have your session recorded, please inform me at the beginning of the session and I will record and provide you with a copy after the session. I do not share session recordings with anyone other than the client and do not upload recordings to any website or social media platform.

Session recordings are for your personal use only. I do not give permission for any recording to be uploaded or shared to any public or online website or platform including any and all social media platforms.

You must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult to use this website or receive my services. If you are a parent or guardian wishing to book a session for yourself and your child please submit your request to me using the Contact Form and I will respond to you through email.

For legal purposes I must advise you my services and the use of this website are for entertainment purposes only. I do not offer legal, financial, mental health, medical or other professional services or advice. My services should not be substituted for services by a qualified professional. The information provided to you during a reading, coaching session or class is subject to interpretation and any action or decisions you make based on those interpretations are soley your responsibility and choice based on your own free will. Heather does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, medical, mental, financial, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) caused with regard to any information and/or any suggestion(s) or advice provided to you through her services and website, or as a result of your use of her services and website.

All content including website copy, images, blog posts, links and any and all other content found on this website is for your personal use only and may not be copied, uploaded to any website or public platform, taken or used for your own business or commercial enterprise. 

I will only use personal information collected from this site for the purpose of communication to individuals who contact or connect with me via the site. This website uses webforms located on the Contact page of this site. These forms require users to provide contact information [Name and email address]. Contact information from the webform is used only to send material or information relating to the [class/workshop/event/ promotion /question/request/session] for which it was collected and will not be sold to another party.

I will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you except in explicit circumstances in which disclosure is required by law.
